Turkey Soup Surprise Recipe

Wonderful, thick and rich. This is perfect for the day after Thanksgiving to use up your leftovers!

Ingredients
Turkey carcus with meat
1 C. celery
1 C. leftover mashed potates
1 C. leftover greenbean cassarole
2 C. leftover veggies
2 C. leftover dressing
Enough water to fill the crockpot
Salt and pepper to taste
2 C. gravy
1 C. instant rice (optional)
Directions
Fill crockpot halfway with water and put in turkey carcus with meat. Cook on low for 12 hours. Drain turkey and water in colander into a big pot. Put water back in crockpot and any turkey without the bones. Put in remaining ingredients and fill crockpot with water to top without overflowing. Cook 12 more hours on low or until all is cooked. Add spices to taste.
