Palomino Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1 16 oz. can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 C. diced dried apricots
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dried cilantro
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
