6 med. carrots, cut into 1/2″ chunks
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
3 split chicken breasts, cut into large pieces (remove skin, optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) jar Sweet N Sour sauce
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 tbsp. cornstarch

1 1/3 C. sweet & sour sauce
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 1 lb. bag frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions, thawed and drained
6 C. hot, cooked rice
