6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbs. melted butter
2 Tbs. or one small pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
salt & pepper
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. water
