Crockpot Robusto Chicken Recipe

A rich and creamy chicken dish that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle Seven Seas Robusto Italian dressing
1 16 oz. bag egg noodles
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese

Directions

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour Italian dressing over. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot and leave turned on. Add 1/2 the sour cream and stir until dissolved. Cook noodles and drain. Add remaining sour cream and the Parmesan cheese to noodles and mix until dissolved. Serve chicken over the noodles. Pour warm Italian dressing over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.

Creamy Italian Chicken Recipe

Chicken breasts with a creamy mushroom sauce and plenty of Italian seasonings.

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 C. water
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

Homemade Dressing Mix:
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 Tbsp dried parsley leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp ground oregano (I use 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed)
1/2 tsp dried sweet basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp ground thyme or marjoram
1/2 tsp celery seed (I use celery salt)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (I buy the good stuff and grate my own)
1-1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
