Medium onion, chopped
2 Tbs. Butter
3 Tbs. Stock
Salt and pepper
6 oz. Bacon
3 medium onions, sliced
2 lb. potatoes
Seasoned flour
3 Tbs. Dripping or oil
4 medium carrots, sliced
