Ingredients
2 lb. lean ground beef (or turkey or ground chicken breast)
1 1/2 jars or cans beef gravy, divided
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 C. baby carrots, blanched or microwaved 4 minutes with water, drained
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried parsley
4 grinds black pepper
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
This entire recipe can be made in the slow cooker; however, if you have meat that isn’t too lean, I would suggest cooking on the stove top.
