Slow Cooked Garlic Chicken Recipe

or a more garlic taste, it is better to slow cook the chicken. This is a great flavor and goes very nicely with a side of mash potatoes.

4 skinned chicken breast halves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 large onion
10 cloves garlic (about 1 medium) — unpeeled
