Maple Glazed Crockpot Turkey Breast Recipe

This turkey breast cooks in the crockpot with only five ingredients to make a sweet and savory glaze. You can also substitute chicken breasts in this recipe.

Ingredients
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. boneless turkey breast, thawed if frozen
1/4 C. maple syrup
1/4 C. apricot preserves
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Directions
Combine potatoes and onions in a 4 quart crockpot. Place turkey breast on top (only use a boneless turkey breast!). In small bowl, combine maple syrup, preserves, cinnamon, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until vegetables are tender, turkey is thoroughly cooked.
