Italian Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

A wonderful and savory crockpot recipe for chicken marinated with Italian dressing and potatoes on the side.

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 C. grated parmesan or Romano cheese
4 potatoes, peeling and cut into wedges

Directions

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the Italian dressing, spices and the grated cheese. Put potatoes on top or around the chicken. Sprinkle the rest of the dressing, spices and cheese on potatoes. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken and potatoes are tender.
