Chicken in a Pot Recipe

You can use the leftovers, if there are any, for yummy soups.

Ingredients

1 Whole Chicken
Bag of Baby Carrots
2 stalks Celery plus all the leaves
1 Onion
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 C. Water
1/2 tsp. Basil

Directions

Put in crock on low for 8 hours.
