Islander Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

3/4 C. apricot-pineapple jam
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. lemon zest - grated
3 lb. chicken drumsticks
3/4 C. canned pineapple wedges (drained)
