Crockpot Creole Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

7 chicken thighs OR 20 chicken wings(jointed and only bottom 2 sections used)
A green bell pepper, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 quarter lb. cooked ham, cut into one inch cubes
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb. Polish sausage, sliced diagonally
3 C. cooked white rice

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper to taste
Creole-style seasoning to taste
1 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
1 stalk celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
