Under casserole+ creamy+ easy+ garlic
Chicken soup makes these breaded pork chops flavorful and juicy.

Ingredients
6-8 lean pork chops, 1 inch thick
1/2 C. flour
1 Tbs. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbs. oil
1 10 oz can chicken rice soup or cream of chicken soup (diluted w/ 1/3 C. water)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Dredge pork chops in mixture. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in crockpot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook 6-8 hours.

This is an easy crock pot or slow cooker chicken soup. I needed to extend one can cream of chicken soup and 4 chicken breasts to feed more than 2 or 3 people… my family loved it. It’s great for cold days!

1 26-oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced potatoes (with juice)
1 pkg. frozen carrots
1 onion, diced
1 can sweet peas (with juice)
4 chicken breasts (can use any chicken)

1 regular size box stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 10-oz. bag frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of broccoli with cheese soup
1/2 C. chicken broth
Directions
Lightly spray crockpot and place chicken in the bottom. Mix together remaining ingredients and place on top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
